Accommodation Rules at "Kasimir Resort Hotel & SPA"
Dear guests! We are pleased to welcome you to our hotel! Please carefully read the accommodation rules.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
- These Rules have been developed based on the current legislation of Ukraine, decrees of the State Committee of Ukraine on housing and communal services, the State Committee of Ukraine on tourism, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and taking into account the requirements of the Council of the International Hotel Association.
- The hotel guarantees guests compliance with all privacy rules.
- The hotel administration reserves the right to impose fines on guests for violations of fire safety standards, smoking, and disobedience to lawful requirements of the administration.
- Reviews and suggestions regarding the hotel's work can be left with the hotel administrator.
ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURE:
- The hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reception is open from 7:30 to 23:00.
- Check-out time – 12:00; guest departure by 12:00; check-in from 14:00.
- For early check-in, rooms are provided only when available. If you plan to check in before the check-in time, you need to pay an additional 50% of the room rate. If you check out later than the check-out time, i.e., after 11:00, you need to pay additionally: until 18:00 – 50% of the room rate; after 18:00 – 100% of the room rate.
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00.
- The hotel's SPA area operates from 10:00 to 21:00
- Staying in a room without payment is not allowed.
- A room is provided upon presentation of an identity document.
- Upon check-in, payment is made in full for the entire period of stay.
- After the guest's departure from the room, complete cleaning is carried out.
- Please maintain cleanliness in the room and on the complex territory
- Room cleaning is carried out daily, or upon guest request (door sign "Please clean").
- General cleaning with towel and linen change is carried out on the third day of stay.
- Please respect other guests staying in neighboring rooms. Please, from 22:00 to 7:00, reduce TV volume, avoid loud conversations and laughter.
- Please follow fire safety rules. In case of fire alarm activation, you need to remain calm and leave the premises, following the evacuation plan.
- When leaving the room, be sure to close water taps, turn off lights and other electrical appliances.
- Please take care of the hotel's property and equipment. Upon guest departure – the room is inspected. In case of damage, theft of property or equipment, compensation is required. Prices are determined by the administration.
- Accommodation for children (with adults) under 5 years old is free (without providing an additional bed in the room).
- Please store ski equipment in the designated room.
- Please inform the administration when detecting equipment defects, electrical, heating, and water supply malfunctions.
- Video surveillance is conducted on the complex territory (except toilets and rooms).
- «Kasimir Resort Hotel & SPA» HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A GUEST FURTHER ACCOMMODATION IN CASE OF RULE VIOLATIONS AND UNTIMELY PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
REFUSAL OF ACCOMMODATION, TERMINATION OF STAY:
- Guests terminate their stay after the end of the paid accommodation period.
- If a guest repeatedly violates accommodation rules, leading to material damage or creating inconvenience for other residents, the hotel administration has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the guest's stay (eviction).
- We also refuse guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
PROHIBITED:
- Transferring room keys to third parties.
- Keeping birds, reptiles, etc. in the room.
- Storing explosive, flammable, toxic materials, drugs, mercury, weapons in the room.
- Using electrical appliances in the room except those allowed.
- Moving furniture without coordination with administration
- Smoking in rooms, halls and complex premises – fine 1500.00 UAH.
- Showing aggression or actions that threaten the safety, health or property of other persons.
- Drying mushrooms, berries and fruits in the room.
- Using pyrotechnics and sparklers on the complex territory without coordination with administration.
PAYMENT RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Payment for accommodation and additional services is made by cash or non-cash payment, according to the price list.
- Payment is made upon check-in, including tourist tax.
- Early check-in (before 14:00) or late check-out (after 12:00) is provided to guests only when free rooms are available at the hotel and there are no applications for similar dates, and is paid according to the price list (50% of the room rate per day).
- Booking services on the website are provided online, by email and phone.
- When booking through the website, the guest enters into direct contractual relations with the hotel. From the moment of booking, the guest is sent electronic booking confirmation on behalf of the hotel.
- Hotel room cancellation conditions: With advance booking, the guest can cancel the room without penalty within 3 days from the moment of guaranteed booking, otherwise the money is not returned, but placed on the hotel deposit, which can be used within one year from the date of cancellation, provided cancellation 14 or more days before the check-in date. If canceled 14 or fewer days before the check-in date – the hotel has the right to use the paid amount as a penalty for untimely booking cancellation.
- When booking a room directly before check-in to the hotel (1 day or less), the guest must make full payment at the reception desk during registration. If during the stay, the guest reduces the period of stay at the hotel, the paid amount is not returned. In special cases (decision made by hotel administration) the remaining payment can be placed on the hotel deposit with a guarantee of its use within the calendar year.
- Booking cancellations are considered valid if you called the phone number +38096 430 4 222(VIBER), +38073 430 4 222, +38095 430 8 222 or sent a letter to the hotel email.
- In case of violation of accommodation rules established at the hotel, the administration has the right to refuse the guest further accommodation
